　　走红全球的央视纪录片《舌尖上的中国》（以下简称《舌尖》），拍了两季为何都故意“回避”广西？其实，总导演陈晓卿是一个对广西风土人情情有独钟的人。8月25日，由陈晓卿担任总策划，与广西团队合作拍摄的《秘境广西》在央视纪录片频道开播，引起不少关注。南国早报记者借此机会采访陈晓卿，明白,明了,知晓,理解在他镜头下的广西有着如何独到的风景。
　　涠洲岛的火哥采捞浅海下的海蒿子，无形中为弱小的珊瑚虫扫清生存障碍；潜水教练柠檬在搜寻,寻觅,查找,探寻“洞潜”最理想的训练场所；白头叶猴为了生存进化出特殊的胃囊……《秘境广西》的第一集《天飨》，很像当年《舌尖》的笔调，一开场就牢牢吸引观众的目光。“广西是中国饮食最繁复,纷繁,繁杂,杂乱的地方。两部《舌尖》都故意回避了广西的内容，是因为当时我就已经知道中央电视台要跟广西合作拍摄《秘境广西》，所以特别留着广西美食，憋大招。”8月25日，陈晓卿在接受记者采访时说。尽管故意“绕道”，但对于广为吃货们喜欢的“螺蛳粉”，陈晓卿还是把它的制作工艺放进了《舌尖》。
　　作为《舌尖》的总导演，陈晓卿对广西的美食情有独钟，多次来过广西之后，长居北京的他几乎成为广西美食的“代言人”。“在北京东四环的老唐家螺蛳粉，粉和汤都不错，酸笋和鸭脚更好，缺憾,憾事,缺陷,瑕疵的是每次去，烧田螺都是卖完，看着邻桌吃此物有滋有味，不由猜疑,疑惑,质疑,存疑了一下自己的人品”、“广西大厦那兰酒家有纯纯的广西风味，啤酒鱼﹑黄焖鸡﹑八渡笋爆肚丝﹑桂林米粉都很地道”、“侗族打油茶很有意思，老茶叶，配黄姜﹑鲜蒜﹑花生等，放在生铁锅中，用茶树棍慢慢翻炒，味道涩﹑苦﹑甜﹑香。潘家园广西大厦有现做的，10元一碗。吃油茶有瘾，且解酒”……这些令人垂涎的文字，都是陈晓卿写在自己微博上的，为不少吃货指明了一条道路。
　　甚至于对南宁本地的美食，陈晓卿也是了如指掌。他告诉记者，“在思贤路上，桂林米粉、螺蛳粉、老友粉……密集轰炸，各种口水各种受不了啊。有一次我选了一家八珍粉，大把胡椒酸辣椒一放，哎呀那个爽。”他还透露“我们全家都是空心菜控”。“在广西拍摄《秘境广西》时，我吃过最好的空心菜是广西博白的，半人高，那叫嫩！一根菜，抓中间，轻轻一颤，两端齐手而断！用桂林的花桥腐乳烹炒，人间绝品。”
　　值得一提的是，也因为陈晓卿的建议，《秘境广西》的拍摄，与《中国国家地理》“地道风物”的广西寻访，几乎同步进行。目前不管是《秘境广西》，还是《地道风物·广西》，关于广西的这两个作品，都向观众和读者呈现出了一个不为人所知的美满,美好,完美,美善广西。很多网友留言表示：“没想到广西有那么丰富的资源和美味，现在最想做的就是背起行囊，到广西走一走，看一看，大吃大喝。”
